AI Feature Notice
Parts of the MartinAI Services use artificial intelligence to interpret documents and data and to generate structured outputs, analyses and answers. AI outputs are intended to assist you and may contain errors or omissions. They are not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. We attach confidence and provenance signals to outputs to support human review, and we recommend that a qualified person verify results before relying on them for material decisions. We do not use your confidential customer content to train publicly shared, general-purpose models.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you lack rights to, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or send spam or malware. Full terms are set out in our Terms of Service.
Accessibility (AODA)
MartinAI is committed to accessible digital experiences. We design our interfaces to work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and several of our products offer bilingual English/French interfaces. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us at wanttoknow@screamingpower.com and we will work to address it.
Security & data protection
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring and least-privilege practices. Our platform supports multi-tenant isolation and, for eligible deployments, sovereign and governed configurations that keep your knowledge in your control. Sub-processors
We engage a limited set of service providers to help operate the Services, under contractual protections consistent with our Privacy Policy. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
