MartinAI ("MartinAI", "we", "us") provides AI-powered utility and energy data services. 3. Customer data & AI processing
Documents and data you submit are processed to deliver the Services you request. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your confidential customer content to train publicly shared, general-purpose models. Our AI features are designed around governed, domain-specific knowledge, and outputs are provided with confidence and provenance signals to support human review.

Customer content is retained according to your configuration and our agreement with your organization, and deleted or de-identified when no longer required.
